For help with Family Hub, your account or your data, email gavin@altitudedesign.co.uk. Please describe the issue and your app version. Do not send your password, sign-in codes or private family content.
Account and data deletion
You can delete your account in the app’s Account settings. If you cannot access your account, contact us for help with access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Your own records and files are removed; other members keep their own contributions.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional and read-only. Imported events stay private unless you choose to share a calendar with your family. Disconnect in Settings → Connected calendars to remove imported data from Family Hub; your Google events stay unchanged.
